Timberland in Stratham, NH is seeking a Director of Brand Planning for Footwear to drive sales, margin, and inventory alignment with strategic goals. You will lead a global planning function, translate long-range plans into top-down financial targets, and coach a cross-functional team of planners.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Planning, you will shape seasonal strategies, oversee MFP planning, forecast demand, optimize capacity, and ensure product availability meets market needs while embracing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Buying or Financial Planning
• At least 5 years in a leadership position
• Strong ability to lead and mentor a global team
• Experience in a multi-channel retail environment

Responsabilités

• Create long-range financial targets (LRP) and top-down MFP
• Translate LRP to seasonal targets and connect with regional plans
• Oversee seasonal demand forecasts and inventory optimization
• Lead in-season inventory analysis and product introductions/exits
• Coach and develop a best-in-class planning organization
• Align global strategies with local market needs
