Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and service aligned with merchandising standards.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans for department priorities and budgets under guidance of store leadership.
• Communicate goals and assign workload to direct reports to maximize efficiency and payroll goals.
• Build and lead a team through sourcing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and SOPs and ensure compliance with policies.
