Qualifications

• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and service.
• Lead and coach teammates, hire, onboard, and develop staff.
• Develop schedules and plans to meet store goals and payroll targets.
• Maintain merchandising standards and execute floor sets and price changes.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention and policy compliance.
