Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes find the right products.
• Develop and manage 30-60-90 day plans with leadership to meet priorities.
• Hire, onboard, and develop direct reports while maintaining policies.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store procedures.
