Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• People leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities.
• Create effective schedules for direct reports and assign workload to maximize efficiency.
• Build and lead a team, coaching, onboarding, performance management and recognition.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
