Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales, or a mix of both.
• 3+ years of Sales Experience Preferred
• Knowledge of promoting and selling products/services, including sales tactics and product demonstrations
• Excellent organizational skills; proficient with MS Office and databases
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals in the area
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Willing to attend sales and professional meetings outside standard hours
• Comply with AdvaMed privacy, asset protection, ethics and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for a sophisticated audience.
• Manage materials and organize solutions during operating room consultations.
• Meticulously maintain inventory of products and assist customers as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitors’ offerings to build credibility with surgeons.
• Provide advice and training on products and tools used to save lives.
• Drive in the fast lane and focus on impacting lives through sales.
