Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support Sales Representatives in the Fort Myers/Naples region, covering cases, promoting products, and building customer relationships. The role requires learning the medical device field and contributing to territory growth, including attending surgeries and guiding staff on product use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher education required.
• Associate's degree or Medical Certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT) + 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma + 4 years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the Foot & Ankle business and contribute to territory growth.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use.
• Educate doctors and staff on product use, updates, and program features.
• Develop opportunities with customers and manage inventory and sets to meet needs.
• Support in creating and executing new sales plans and meeting quotas.
