Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to partner with Sales Representatives, learn the medical device field, and contribute to territory growth. You will support surgeries, educate clinicians, and nurture customer relationships while aligning with sales plans and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include inventory management, PO processing, and promoting Stryker products to differentiate from competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (e.g. CST, PT, CPT) with 2+ years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience or 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Foot & Ankle business in the assigned territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use and functionality.
• Educate doctors and staff on proper use, maintenance, and updates of Stryker products.
• Work with sales teams to identify opportunities, deliver strong customer service, and develop customer relationships.
• Identify needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses with the Sales Representative.
• Tailor promotional messages after training and advise on product selection based on customer needs.
• Perform field calls for accounts and support new sales plans and marketing strategies to meet targets.
• Assist in inventory management, PO processing, and maintaining sets to meet customer demand.
• Market products based on features and differentiators and stay informed on industry trends.
• Attend meetings outside regular hours and adhere to compliance and ethics guidelines.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT)

High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience

4+ years of active duty military service
