Job summary

The role requires establishing strategic plans with the Regional Manager, achieving sales targets, and providing ongoing support in a fast-paced orthopedic environment. Commissions are a key component of compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience OR
• Associates degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience OR
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr. related experience OR
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and communicate its value to customers
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and grow existing business
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and clinicians
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases as required
• Perform field calls and on-call/OR consultation as needed
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business
• Manage inventory and ensure timely product delivery
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas
• Complete administrative duties and accurate invoicing
