Job summary

Stryker in San Francisco is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to partner with Sales Representatives, learn the medical device industry, and grow the Foot & Ankle business in the assigned territory. You will cover cases, promote products, build inventory and support the sales team.

After initial product training, you will tailor messaging to customers, assist with purchase orders, and help execute marketing strategies to achieve quotas, while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow Foot & Ankle business in the territory.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and educate surgeons on product use.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use, functionality and updates.
• Develop sales opportunities, deliver excellent customer service and strengthen customer relationships.
• Tailor promotional messages after training and advise on product selection.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT)

High School Diploma

4+ years of active duty military service
