Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate in Texas to partner with local Sales Representatives, learn the medical device industry, and drive growth in the territory. You will attend surgeries, ensure product availability, and educate clinicians on Stryker Foot & Ankle systems.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting inventory management to meet demand. A sales-driven, compliant professional with a healthcare mindset is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification plus at least 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma plus at least 4 years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow Foot & Ankle business.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and educate surgeons on use.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and updates.
• Identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service to develop relationships.
• Contribute to inventory management and set-building to meet customer needs.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and product functionality.
