Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to partner with in-territory Sales Representatives, support surgical cases, drive product adoption, and grow the Foot & Ankle business across assigned accounts.

You will attend surgeries, educate clinicians on product use, manage inventory, and tailor messaging to customer needs while maintaining compliance and ethics in all activities. The role offers competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) + at least 2 years of professional/related experience.
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional/related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to cover cases in the territory and promote products.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on product use.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on proper use, maintenance and updates of products.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop responses with Sales Representatives.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and answer product questions.
• Perform field calls and support development of new sales plans and marketing strategies.
