Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Marketing, Sales, R&D, or related functions.
• 2+ years in medical device or healthcare regulated environment.
• Orthopaedic foot & ankle experience preferred.
• Orthopaedic sales experience preferred.
• Experience leading product marketing and setting strategic direction for product portfolio is preferred.
• Hands-on, fast paced, customer focused environment.
• Ability to partner cross functionally in a matrixed organization.
• Willing to travel up to 40% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual US business plan objectives for sales, net income, gross profit, inventory and price.
• Lead and execute US product launches including pricing, promotional planning, and sales force training.
• Develop marketing activities for national and regional professional society conferences.
• Serve as subject matter expert for products, strategies, procedures and innovation landscape.
• Partner with Sales Teams to align product strategy with customer needs and targets.
• Collaborate with manager to execute business plans focused on growth and profitability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with field sales, Global marketing, and Education teams.
• Foster positive relationships between marketing and sales to meet customer needs.
