You will own health of business analytics, base sales support, and new product launches, while educating the sales force and surgeons through strategic campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing or related fields with healthcare experience, and a willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing, sales, or R&D, or combination.
• 2+ years in medical device or healthcare regulated environment.
• Orthopaedic foot & ankle experience preferred.
• Orthopaedic sales experience preferred.
• Experience leading product marketing and setting portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

• Achieve US business plan objectives for sales, net income, and profitability.
• Lead US product launches including pricing, promotion, and training.
• Develop marketing programs for national/regional conferences and meetings.
• Act as subject matter expert on products, strategies, and market landscape.
• Partner with Sales to align on customer needs and strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Marketing and Commercial Education teams.
• Foster strong marketing-sales relationships and drive change initiatives.
