Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate in Los Angeles, CA. This field-based role partners with the Sales Representatives in the area to learn the medical device business and grow the Foot & Ankle portfolio in the assigned territory.

You will attend surgeries where Foot & Ankle products are used, educate doctors and staff on product use, build relationships with accounts, and support the sales team to identify opportunities and support quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e.CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service

Responsibilities

• Attend surgeries to ensure products are available for surgeon use and instruct on product use and functionality.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of products.
• Work with sales teams to contact customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Tailor promotional messages after training based on customer knowledge and needs.
