Stryker Corporation is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to drive growth in an assigned territory, with training in the posted location and potential relocation across the United States upon training completion. The role blends clinical education with sales development and surgical case support.

Competenze

• Relocation within the United States is required upon completion of training.
• Minimum professional or related experience required.
• Willingness to relocate nationwide after training is a must.

Mansioni

• Support surgical procedures by ensuring products, instruments, and implants are available and prepared for case coverage.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff on product use, functionality, updates, and best practices.
• Conduct client visits within the assigned territory to support account needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Reps to develop relationships with healthcare providers and support territory growth objectives.
• Promote Foot & Ankle products by presenting product features, functionality, and differentiators to customers.
• Manage inventory levels, maintain surgical instrument sets, and ensure product availability for demand.
• Process customer purchase orders and support documentation and invoicing activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree

Associate degree or healthcare-related certification

High school diploma with 4 years professional/related experience

Active-duty military service
