Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to join our team in the United States. This role partners with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and contribute to the growth of the Foot & Ankle business within the territory.

You will attend surgeries, ensure product availability, and support surgeon needs while educating clinicians on product use and updates. As you advance, you will identify sales opportunities, build customer relationships, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) with at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service
• $65,000 and eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow Foot & Ankle business in the territory
• Attend surgeries to ensure products are available and instruct surgeons on use and functionality
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, maintenance, and updates
• Identify sales opportunities and develop customer relationships
• Assist in inventory management and processing customer POs for invoicing
• Market products and differentiate Stryker Foot & Ankle from competitors

Education

Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.)
