Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate for a field-based role in the United States. You will support surgical procedures, educate OR staff, and work with surgeons to grow territory sales.

Training occurs within the posted territory with potential relocation after training to align with business needs. The position offers a pathway to a long‑term career in medical device sales, with a possibility of commission/bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; OR Associate degree or healthcare‑related certification (such as Certified Surgical Technologist, Physical Therapy certification, or similar) and minimum 2 years of professional or related experience; OR High school diploma and minimum 4 years of professional or related experience; OR Minimum 4 years of active‑duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical procedures by ensuring products, instruments, and implants are available and prepared for case coverage.
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff on product use, functionality, updates, and best practices.
• Conduct customer visits within the assigned territory to support account needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to develop relationships with healthcare providers and support territory growth objectives.
• Promote Foot & Ankle products by presenting product features, functionality, and differentiators to customers.
• Manage inventory levels, build and maintain surgical instrument sets, and ensure product availability for customer demand.
• Process customer purchase orders and support accurate documentation and invoicing activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, healthcare industry regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Associate degree or healthcare-related certification

High school diploma with 4 years of experience

Active-duty military service (4 years)
