Job summary

North Coast Seafoods is seeking a detail‑oriented Foodservice Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to act as the daytime administrative and customer service hub for the Foodservice division. You will handle orders, inventory updates, shipping, and cross‑department coordination to ensure on‑time delivery.

You will communicate with sales, production, shipping, trucking and purchasing to resolve issues, maintain deadlines, and support a high standard of service for HRI customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an order entry, shipping, or logistics role.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Food manufacturing or seafood/meat processing experience a plus.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems (NAV/Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service.
• Enter, review, and confirm customer orders daily via multiple channels.
• Serve as daytime contact for order status, product availability, and support.
• Coordinate with sales, production, shipping, trucking, and logistics teams.
• Communicate daily inventory availability and distribute reports to the team.
• Process shipments and prepare shipping documentation (UPS/FedEx).
• Generate daily batch reports and picking documentation for customers.
• Support order reconciliation and ship confirmations as needed.
• Assist with short product coordination and cross-department communication.
