Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an experienced Sales Professional for an outside sales role focused on promoting Sysco products and services and building strong customer relationships. The position may require non-traditional hours to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.

You will develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and coordinate with finance and operations to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales or related field; OR HSD/GED with 3 years of sales/restaurant management experience incl. Sysco internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and tailor product mixes to customer needs.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events.
• Manage accounts receivable and coordinate with credit terms.
