Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our World Class Sales Team in the Dalton, GA region. The role focuses on outside sales, building relationships with new and existing accounts, and helping customers succeed while achieving sales goals.

Some non-traditional hours may be required. This position offers competitive compensation, a base salary plus bonus and promotional incentives, car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Identify prospects and qualify opportunities according to company goals.
• Assess customer needs and tailor product/service mixes accordingly.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Coordinate deliveries and troubleshoot order issues to meet schedule.
