Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our World Class Sales Team in Michigan. The role focuses on building relationships with new and existing accounts, promoting Sysco products, and meeting sales and profit goals within Chesterfield, MI / Macomb Township territory.

The position may require non-traditional hours. Candidates should be located inside the territory and prepared for field-based work with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HSD/GED with 3 years sales/restaurant management experience.
• B2B or outside sales experience preferred.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and align solutions to customer needs.
• Promote products and services and provide training to customers.
• Drive a personal vehicle to accounts and events.
• Manage orders, credit terms, and collections as needed.
• Analyze reports and prepare sales budgets and quotes.
• Attend meetings and participate in district and sales events.
