Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote our products and services and build strong relationships with new and existing accounts. The role may require non-traditional hours to meet customer needs and goals.

You will develop new business, penetrate accounts, and work toward profitable growth in the territory, while staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years in Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and maximize profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and propose a mix of products/services.
• Keep informed on market trends, competitor products and pricing.
