Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional, Restaurant Manager, Culinary Manager or Chef to join its World Class Sales Team in the Hawaii region. The role focuses on building relationships with new and existing accounts, promoting Sysco products, and meeting sales goals, with occasional non-traditional hours.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience as listed.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality or B2B outside sales is valued.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to grow sales.
• Qualify prospects and manage accounts to meet objectives.
• Research customer needs and propose a mix of Sysco products and services.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive to customer accounts and participate in events as needed.
• Collaborate with credit and finance for accounts receivable when required.
• Support training of new employees and participate in meetings.
