Job summary

Sysco Virginia, LLC is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote the company’s products and services in the Roanoke area. The role focuses on building new relationships and growing existing accounts while meeting sales and profit goals.

Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required to serve customers. The position offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential, a car allowance and cell phone, and robust benefits including a 401(k) match and employee stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience including Sysco Sales Internship.
• Experience in B2B or outside sales in foodservice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate accounts, and minimize lost business to grow profitable sales.
• Research customer needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet those needs.
• Drive to customer accounts, conventions, and company meetings as required.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
