Job summary

Sysco is hiring an experienced Sales Professional to promote products and build relationships with new and existing accounts in the assigned territory. This outside sales role may require evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management or outside sales experience including Sysco Sales Internship
• Valid driver's license with insurability standards
• MS Office basic PC skills and English literacy

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate accounts and drive profitable sales in the territory
• Qualify prospects and follow account stratification goals
• Research customer needs and tailor product/service mixes to meet them
• Provide product information and training to customers
• Drive a personal vehicle to customer accounts and events
• Manage deliveries per routing schedule and resolve order issues
