Sysco Corp. in Georgia seeks an account manager to nurture local customer relationships and enhance the customer experience. You will partner with CST, National Sales and Local Sales to deliver service excellence and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities include owning relationships with new and existing accounts, supporting last mile activities, and resolving issues quickly while coordinating with transportation, back office, and contract sales teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years outside foodservice account management or B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned customers/concepts and handle last mile activities to ensure product timely delivery; partner with CSM, transportation, merchandising, and contract sales teams.
• Liaise with local contract sales to implement direction and best practices via GSC; model best practice.
• Use CRM tool for account management including tasks, cross-team communication, and data accuracy.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; visit customers in person as needed.
• Handle challenging conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Escalate appropriately when required.
