General Mills is seeking a driven Customer Account Specialist to grow our Foodservice business in the Columbia, South Carolina area. In this field-based role, you will build trusted relationships with operators and help customers find the right products and solutions across K–12, colleges and universities, healthcare, and other segments.

You will work with Account Executives, distributor partners, and fellow CAS teammates to identify opportunities, create demand, and drive sustainable volume

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence decisions.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with key foodservice operators in the Columbia area.
• Identify and close opportunities to generate volume.
• Sell General Mills Foodservice products and solutions.
• Partner with Account Executives and distributors to uncover opportunities.
• Plan activity using Salesforce and Firefly and schedule at least 16 in-person visits weekly.
• Participate in local events like Food Shows and Distributor Meetings.
• Manage territory with urgency, focus, and follow-through.
