Job summary
Virginia Diner is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping for our Wakefield, Virginia facility. You will manage a team of warehouse associates, forklift operators, and shipping/receiving clerks, reporting to the Distribution Supervisor.

Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong inventory control and cycle counting skills.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (AS400 or similar) and Excel.
- Forklift certification and safe operating practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping operations.
- Direct put-away, FIFO stock rotation, and adherence to HACCP/GMP standards.
- Plan daily pick, pack, and loading schedules to meet customer orders.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; address attendance and performance issues.
- Enforce safety policies, PPE use, and housekeeping; coordinate with Safety for incidents.
