Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates the activities of food service personnel engaged in meal preparation and service. Responsible for coordinating food acquisition and supervising related staff.

Essential Functions
Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree in Nutrition required. Experience may substitute for education.
Licenses and Credentials: ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years in food service, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of supplies, equipment, inventory control, customer service, quality standards, work scheduling, staff training, safety procedures, and culinary facility maintenance.
