Ferry Health is a healthcare software startup. They have a task execution platform that finds and books appointments on their customers’ patient’s behalf. These tasks are executed by a combination of AI and human representatives. We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented representatives to join the team.

Ferry Health is a healthcare software startup. They have a task execution platform that finds and books appointments on their customers’ patient’s behalf. These tasks are executed by a combination of AI and human representatives. We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented representatives to join the team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor Ferry’s internal task queue for incomplete phone call "tasks"
  • Execute phone call tasks using Ferry’s internal tools and call center software
  • Conduct calls according to the instructions provided, most commonly to doctor’s offices
  • While on the call, get answers to the following questions: if the specified doctor 1) takes the patient’s insurance, 2) sees the patient’s reason for visit, and 3) has near-term availability during calls and troubleshoot problems that come up during calls
  • Perform quality assurance on completed tasks
  • Monitor Ferry’s internal task queue for sorting "tasks"
  • Perform desktop research to sort providers-location data into the correct practice and submit relevant practice information (name, phone number, fax number, hours, etc.)
  • Respond to Slack messages in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Ferry team members to fulfill client requests and improve Ferry’s operations, tools, processes, technology, etc.

  • 2+ years of experience working as a team leader in a call center
  • 2+ years of experience working in the US healthcare industry
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
