Yona Solutions is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) for Food Services in a long-term care facility. You will assist with planning, directing, and supervising the dietary department to provide quality meals.

Ideal candidate has supervisory experience, an associate degree in food service management or hospitality, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Food service supervisory experience required; long-term care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and quality attitude.
• Public speaking and staff training experience are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Food Services Director in leading dining programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Train staff on equipment operation and procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate department staff performance.
• Plan staffing schedules and maintain adequate service levels.
• Manage records: inventory, compliance, and budgets.
• Foster resident, visitor, and department relations.
