The role requires an associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality, supervisory experience in food service, and credentials like ServSafe Manager and CDM/CFPP; strong leadership and administrative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Food service supervisory experience required; long term care preferred.
• ServSafe Certification for Managers and CDM/CFPP credentials.
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal and planning abilities.
• Proficient with Windows-based office software (MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Assist the Food Services Director with leading dining programs to enhance meals.
• Ensure programs meet federal, state, local standards and regulations.
• Train staff on procedures and equipment operation.
• Supervise and evaluate department staff; plan staffing schedules.
• Maintain records, inventories, budgets, and compliance documentation.
• Support resident satisfaction and participate in facility meetings.
