Yona Solutions is seeking a Manager in Training for Food Services to join a long-term care facility. You will learn to organize, plan, direct, control, and supervise the dietary department, providing nutrition services to residents.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Food service supervisory experience preferred; long-term care experience desired.
• ServSafe Manager certification and CDM/CFPP credentials are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Services Director with leading dining programs to enhance residents' meal experiences.
• Ensure dining programs meet federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Train staff in equipment operation and procedures; supervise and evaluate work quality.
