Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a Porter Supervisor to manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor coordination for the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams. You will supervise porters, schedule staff, and ensure cost controls and safety standards across operations.

You will lead with hands-on leadership, manage payroll, and coordinate with kitchen teams to optimize product flow and event support while upholding food safety and quality assurance best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of inventory experience.
• 2+ years of restaurant or retail food service experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to carry large heavy items unassisted (up to 25 lbs).
• Stand up to 10 hours/day; perform frequent bending, lifting, and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-hand inventories and place orders for all concept areas of Culinary food services.
• Receive and inspect deliveries from vendors daily.
• Set and enforce standards for ordering and receiving operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all departmental areas.
• Manage porters to provide site support, handle food deliveries, and maintain cleanliness.
