Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supervisor, Porter to oversee inventory, receiving, and staff management for Culinary and Food & Beverage services. You will coordinate orders, payroll, scheduling, and performance reviews while ensuring food safety and quality while supporting event logistics and site operations.

The role requires leadership, inventory control, and strong collaboration with culinary teams to optimize product and vendor selection, with the ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equiv. required.
• 2+ years inventory experience.
• 2+ years restaurant/retail food service experience.
• 1+ year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-hand inventories and place orders for all concept areas of Culinary food services.
• Receive and inspect deliveries from vendors daily.
• Set and enforce standards for ordering and receiving operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all departmental areas.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure optimal product and vendor selection.
• Manage porters to provide site support and move equipment for events.
