Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Porter Supervisor to oversee inventory, receive deliveries, and manage the porter team across Culinary and Food & Beverage operations. The role includes scheduling, payroll management, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are followed on site.

Responsibilities cover inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and supporting events and daily site operations with heavy lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of inventory experience.
• 2+ years of restaurant or retail food service experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-hand inventories and place orders for all concept areas of Culinary food services.
• Receive and inspect deliveries from vendors daily.
• Set and enforce standards for ordering and receiving operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all departmental areas.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure optimal product and vendor selection.
• Manage porters to provide site support, handle food deliveries, and maintain cleanliness.
