Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' foodservice experience working in food preparation.
• Experience with the elderly in community or healthcare settings preferred.
• Minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all food services including meals and center snacks.
• Oversee daily duties of kitchen staff and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain records for compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
