Qualifications

• Food Protection Manager certificate required or within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred depending on site demographics.
• Minimum 2 years’ foodservice experience in food preparation.
• Experience in serving elderly in healthcare or community settings preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leading/managing foodservice operations.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all food services, including breakfast, lunch, home meals, snacks and events.
• Oversee daily kitchen staff duties to ensure proper receiving, storage, preparation, serving and disposal.
• Maintain CACFP and internal records in compliance with standards and regulations.
