Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a dedicated team member to join our Food and Nutrition Services, delivering meals to patients, guests and families with a focus on safety, sanitation and compassionate service. You will prepare, assemble and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events and maintain a clean, organized production area.

The role requires at least 1 year of food services experience and prior coordinator, lead, or supervisor responsibilities; a HS diploma or GED is required and

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our patients, team members, and families by joining our food services team.

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment. May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas. Receive and store food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles. Act as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Perform other duties as assigned.
