• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers and maintain a clean, sanitary production environment.
• May prepare food or drinks, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas.
• Receive and store food and supplies using FIFO principles and act as liaison between patients, guests, physicians and Food and Nutrition Services
