Indiana University Health is seeking a hospital food service team member at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. The role supports patient care by preparing, plating, serving, and transporting meals and supplies.
You will work rotating day/evening/rotating shifts with weekend/holiday requirements, ensuring timely and courteous service while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Ideal candidates may have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Overview
Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Part-Time, 24 hours per week.
Schedule: Rotating weekends and holidays required.
Shift Differentials: Eligible based on assigned shift.
Location: IU Health Methodist Hospital
Prepares, plates, serves, and transports food and supplies to provide a high level of satisfaction for patients, family members, physicians, team members, and the public. Responsible for timely, accurate, and courteous service. Responsible for associated sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices to ensure food safety. Operates a variety of food service and computer equipment.
