Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton, MO seeks a patient-focused food service worker to support the nutrition team by preparing and serving meals that aid healing. You will handle, plate, and deliver meals according to menu and sanitation guidelines, restock supplies, and keep areas clean.

Shifts are 6am-2:30pm or 10am-6:30pm, 1-2 weekends per month. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits; prior experience is less than 1 year preferred.

Formación

• Less than 1 year experience in food service preferred.
• Experience handling, preparing and serving food.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safe food handling.

Responsabilidades

• Handle, prepare, and serve food per menu and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare cafeteria food service and deliver meals to customers.
• Restock cafeteria supplies.
• Maintain sanitation of work areas, dishes and equipment.
• Monitor inventory, label products and rotate stock; assist cashier/dishwasher duties as needed.

The Opportunity :

Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton, MO is currently looking for a food service worker to quickly and efficiently provide excellent customer service to our patients and their families. As a member of our nutrition team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the nutrition they need for their healing.

The Work :

• Handling, preparing, and serving food in accordance with written menu and sanitation regulations.
• Preparing of cafeteria food service and delivery of food to customers
• Restocking of cafeteria supplies
• Maintaining sanitation of work areas dishes and equipment.
• Maintaining inventory control, product rotation, labeling, and safe food handling practices to assure continued availability to customers.
• Assisting in other Cashier and Dishwasher responsibilities as necessary.

1-2 weekends a month, or Mon- Friday hrs vary- shifts will be 6am-2:30pm, 10am-6:30pm
