Saint Luke's North Hospital in Kansas City is seeking a friendly food service worker to provide excellent patient and family meals with speed and care. This part-time swing role supports the Nutrition Department and offers a competitive benefits package.

You will prepare and serve cafeteria meals, restock supplies, maintain sanitation, and help with cashier and dishwasher duties as needed. The position requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and flexibility to work weekend

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Food handler certification (KCMO Health Dept) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle, prepare and serve food according to menu and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare cafeteria food service and deliver to customers.
• Restock cafeteria supplies.
• Maintain sanitation of work areas, dishes and equipment.
• Maintain inventory control and proper product rotation.
• Assist in cashier and dishwasher duties as necessary.
• Be part of the Nutrition Department and support patient care.
• Provide quality and nutritious meals to patients and families.

Saint Luke's North Hospital is currently looking for a food service worker that will be responsible for quickly and efficiently providing excellent customer service to our patients and their families. We offer a competitive pay and benefits package as well as tuition and continuing education assistance – so this can be a great position whether you are in school or have an extensive customer service or food service background!

Shifts

Weekends are required 11am-7:30pm and at least 2 other 4 hour shifts (3p-7:30p)

Responsibilities

• Handling, preparing and serving food in accordance with written menu and sanitation regulations.
• Preparing of cafeteria food service and delivery of food to customers.
• Restocking of cafeteria supplies.
• Maintaining sanitation of work areas dishes and equipment.
• Maintaining inventory control, product rotation, labeling and safe food handling practices to assure continued availability to customers.
• Assisting in other Cashier and Dishwasher responsibilities as necessary.
