We are hiring immediately for full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER positions.

Location: Arkansas Children's Hospital - 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, AR 72202. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Previous food service experience required.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties, general food service work, and maintains sanitation standards in food preparation, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
2. Carries food to and from work stations, ensuring safety standards.
3. Stores foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
4. Maintains cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
5. Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
6. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
7. Serves customers courteously and efficiently.
8. Interacts with customers and resolves complaints professionally.
9. Relays information to supervisors.
10. Handles sales transactions accurately, including making change and accepting various payment methods.
11. Issues receipts and processes refunds as per standard procedures.
12. Manages cash drawer and change funds responsibly.
13. Replenishes condiments and supplies, maintaining cleanliness.
14. Performs additional duties as assigned.
