Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties and general food service work, maintaining sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare fruits and vegetables, including washing, peeling, and measuring ingredients.
• Transport food and supplies safely between stations.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Use approved recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently, resolving complaints professionally.
• Relay information to supervisors.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, including making change and accepting various payment methods.
• Issue receipts and process refunds as needed.
• Manage cash drawers in accordance with policies.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
