Job Summary

Summary: Performs cashiering duties and general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in preparation, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares fruits and vegetables, weighs and measures ingredients.
• Transfers food and supplies following safety standards.
• Stores foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serves customers efficiently and courteously.
• Resolves customer complaints professionally.
• Relays information to supervisors.
• Performs sales transactions, handles cash, and issues receipts.
• Manages cash drawer and change funds accurately.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
