Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is recruiting a Food Service Worker in Columbia, SC for a Food Service Company! The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and customer service-minded. This position will be working in an environment where they pride themselves on servicing their clients!

Responsibilities

1. Supports daily operations in the kitchen to ensure meals are prepared and served safely and on time.
2. Responsible for preparing and instructing the preparation of food items while enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
3. Operate a variety of equipment including grills, fryers, cash registers, and hotlines as needed.
4. Communicate company priorities and goals to team members.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Some experience working in a food service environment preferred.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Must have the physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• This position requires a pre-employment background check and TB test.

Additional Information
