Position Details

Schedule: Rotating days/weekends 4am-11:30am, 8am-4:30pm, 11am-7:30pm

The Food Service Supervisor oversees inmate labor and team members in a correctional food service environment, ensuring food is prepared and served according to standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, at least 18 years old
• Preferred: prior institutional or restaurant food service experience
