Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FMCG retail or foodservice.
• Experience in training, leadership and team building.
• Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or NRFSP) preferred.
• Strong English communication; French helpful in Quebec.
• Customer service oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Food category expert in store and ensures food operations follow standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor store associates on food execution and safety.
• Plan and execute food sampling and in-store training programs.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and proper food display per planogram.
• Monitor shrink, spend within budget, and improve sales of foodservice.
• Collaborate with BUQAS training personnel for program delivery.
